Installation

Vigil is available as a mobile app for iOS and Android, and as a web application.

Mobile App Installation​

iOS (iPhone/iPad)​

  1. Open the App Store on your device
  2. Search for "Vigil Health"
  3. Tap Get to download and install
  4. Once installed, tap the Vigil icon to open

Android​

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device
  2. Search for "Vigil Health"
  3. Tap Install
  4. Once installed, tap Open or find Vigil in your app drawer

Web Application​

The web application is available at your facility's Vigil URL (typically https://your-facility.vigilhealth.app).

No installation is required—staff can access Vigil through any supported web browser.

Recommended for Charge Nurses

The web application provides a larger dashboard view ideal for charge nurse workstations. Mobile apps are better suited for staff performing rounds.

Device Management (Enterprise)​

For facilities using mobile device management (MDM):

  • Vigil supports managed app deployment through:
    • Apple Business Manager / Apple School Manager
    • Google Managed Play
    • Microsoft Intune
    • VMware Workspace ONE
    • Jamf
