Sensor System Integration

Vigil integrates with sensor systems to provide automatic proximity verification, fall detection, and patient monitoring.

Supported Configurations

Vigil Sensor Kit

The recommended approach for most facilities. Includes:

  • Sensor Hub - Connects to your network and communicates with Vigil
  • Room Sensors - UWB sensors for proximity detection
  • Wearable Tags - Optional patient wearables for fall detection

Contact Vigil sales for sensor kit pricing and installation.

Enterprise RTLS Integration

For facilities with existing Real-Time Location Systems, Vigil can integrate with your current infrastructure. Supported through custom integration projects.

Contact your Vigil representative to discuss RTLS integration requirements.

Setup Process

  5. Testing - Verify proximity detection is working

Detailed installation instructions are provided with the sensor kit.

Enterprise RTLS

Custom integration projects typically involve:

  1. Discovery - Review your current RTLS capabilities
  2. Design - Define data mapping and integration approach
  3. Implementation - Vigil engineering configures the integration
  4. Testing - Validate in your environment
  5. Go-live - Enable for production use

Timeline and scope vary based on your RTLS vendor and configuration.
